Ingredients:
- 4-5 Gisborne Mandarins, peeled and segmented
- 1 liter sparkling water
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a large pitcher, combine the mandarin segments, lemon slices, and fresh mint leaves.
