At Huckleberry, we’re always exploring natural ways to enhance well-being, and our latest find is as dreamy as it sounds. Moon milk, an enchanting bedtime beverage rooted in Ayurvedic traditions, promises a night of serene slumber. It’s a warm, spiced milk concoction that has been used for centuries to aid sleep and relaxation.
Why Moon Milk?
The secret to moon milk’s sleep-inducing properties lies in its blend of adaptogens and spices. Adaptogens, like ashwagandha, are herbs that support the body’s ability to deal with stress1. Ashwagandha, in particular, is known for its anti-inflammatory, anti-stress, and antioxidant effects, which can improve the quality of sleep and may even help with insomnia1.
