Ingredients:
- 6-8 freedom plums, pitted and sliced
- 2-3 apples or pears, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of butter, softened
- 1/4 cup of organic raw honey
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the plums, apples or pears, brown sugar, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is soft and the sauce is thickened.
