Ingredients:
- 1 tsp of Matakana SuperFoods Super Reds
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup of almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)
- 2 tablespoons of organic yoghurt (optional)
- 1 tsp of honey (optional)
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup of almonds
- 1/4 cup of boysenberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
- 1/4 cup of granola
- A handful of mint leaves
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add more almond milk.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings: sliced bananas, fresh berries, almonds, granola, mint leavesand etc.
- Serve and enjoy!
