This summer BBQ season, we are bringing the savoury, low-sodium flavours with some umami-packed ingredients with Pacific Harvest sustainably-sourced seaweeds. We love kelp, a type of seaweed that not only adds a delicious umami taste to dishes, but is also packed with nutrients like iodine, potassium, and magnesium. Plus, it is an incredible sustainable alternative to traditional protein sources. Give kelp a try at your next BBQ and add some depth to your BBQ game.
